Jamie and Brandon are seriously the cutest couple ever!! I met them in person for the first time on their engagement session at Honey Lake Resort in September. Prior to their engagement session, we had only met once which was on FaceTime! If you are willing to FaceTime me and accept me in my tshirt and messy hair, then I know that we are a perfect match! But honestly, I love to do this with out of town Brides when they are wanting to book me, just so that I can answer all of their questions and they get to see that I’m a real person, and not some random person answering their emails. Also, I feel like a spoken word is more of a connection than an email. I mean, who can say no to this face and southern accent?!

We met up one September afternoon at Honey Lake. I just love this place and really could go on for days about it, but I think that’s another post. Honey Lake is both grand and cozy all at the same time, so it’s a perfect place for pictures. What makes it so special for Jamie and Brandon is not only that they are getting married here in March, but this is the exact spot that Brandon proposed to Jamie. He set everything up ahead of time with the new owners and took Jamie there for a “venue tour.” Brandon even had a sneaky photographer capture the moment. I mean seriously, isn’t that just the sweetest story! So, it only seems fitting that we took their engagement photos at the site where every big moment in one year will happen. You can feel the love that these two share! Their smiles are contagious and so is there personality. Honestly, after only a short amount of time, it felt like I had known this couple for quite some time. I am so excited for their wedding and know that it is going to be just perfect!!
