I know it’s Thursday, but since this is a Holiday Week, it kind of feels like a Wednesday…so I think we’ll make this blog post an Honorary Wannabe Wedding Wednesday post! I am excited today to share with you Autumn and Michael! I have loved reliving this day and I hope you do too! You might recognize this sweet couple from their engagement session which you can see here or Autumn’s bridal session which you can see here.

Autumn and Michael’s wedding day was filled with so much love and emotion. From tears to lots of laughter, we experienced it all! There were just so many awesome moments happening throughout their day that were genuine and special. My favorite part of their day was when Michael and Autumn had an intimate, quiet moment having a First Prayer together. They opted not to see each other before the wedding, but held hands on either side of the door, reading the prayers to each other that they had written. It was so moving. We cleared the area so that there would be no distractions and for them to just have this sweet time together, and let’s be honest, I was choked up. Okay, I was more thank choked up, I cried. There, I said it. But did you really expect anything less from me? I’m pretty sure this wasn’t the only time tears were found in my eyes on this day. To offset the happy tears, there was plenty of laughter. I think the biggest laughs and excitement came during the father-daughter dance. Autumn and her dad choreographed a special dance for the guests, and it was quite the show! It began as a typical dance and then they busted out the moves. It. Was. Awesome! Everyone was certainly impressed.

Autumn and Michael are just the sweetest couple and I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day for them. You really can feel the warmth and love that these two share for not only each other, but their family and friends. They all just treat you like you’re part of the family! The way Autumn and Michael look and smile at each other is endearing. I enjoyed so much being able to document their love story!!

Autumn and Michael, thank you so much for inviting me into your lives! It has been such a pleasure getting to know you both! I wish you nothing but the best in your marriage and know you have a lot of love to share!
