What happens when your best friend, who is engaged, is ready to take their engagement photos? Not much. Nothing really different from any other client – you may chat about locations and outfits and such, and then show up for the session and break them out of their shell to create beautiful images. This is not that. I should have have stated it as, what happens when your event-designer-best-friend is ready to take their engagement photos?! You talk about outfits and props, and when I mean props, I mean P.R.O.P.S! This engagement session turned out ever so beautifully thanks to Amy’s creativity and vision. She knew she wanted something special and different and she delivered!

You may remember Amy and Stephen from a proposal that I documented, which you can see here. I’ve known Amy for over half of my life now, and we’ve been Boss Babes together for quite some time. So, it was no surprise to me that when the time came for this session to happen, that it was going to be nothing short of amazing. Amy really did go all out, but can you blame her?! I really love these two together – they balance each other out very well! They know how to have fun together, but also be serious when need arises. If you know these two, or see them out and about you’re probably going to see them laughing or maybe being a little ridiculous *cough, Stephen, cough* but they also have a sweet side. Every night before bed, Amy and Stephen read a devotional together. This is helping them grow as a couple and I love that. They even brought it out for their session and incorporated it – that’s just how much it means to them!

Amy and Stephen, I had so much fun spending the afternoon with you two!! It was nothing short of entertaining, as usual. I absolutely cannot wait for your January wedding – it’s going to be amazing!!
