I have a special place in my heart for this wedding for a couple of reasons. For one, I loved how small and intimate this day was. There was no more than fifty people in attendance and all of those were extremely close family and friends. Second, and most important, I adore this bride! I’ve known Meghann for many years and her mom is like a bonus mom to me! So, when I found out Meghann was engaged and she invited me to document her wedding, I couldn’t have been more excited!!

Meghann and Bryan chose to marry at the cutest little spot on Crooked Lake; a place that she has spent much time at over the years. Their day was sweet and intimate, however, it wasn’t without question…about the weather that is. It’s Florida. Of course you just never know what’s going to happen. On the way from where Meghann got ready to the actual ceremony site, we went through a metric ton of rain. Like, sheets of rain. I was a bit nervous, if I’m being honest. However, once we got to the ceremony site, it wasn’t raining. Gray clouds loomed all around, so we took all the portraits that we could ahead of time. In fact, it actually never even rained after we got there. We were blessed with moody skies and then we had an incredible sunset for a grand finale! It was kind of perfect!! I love that Meghann and Bryan kept their wedding day small and about them. This day was awesome and the couple super special!
