Today on the Blog, we’re celebrating this cute couple, Katlyn and Cody!! This wedding was a perfect way to end 2018! Now, if you follow me closely, you may have noticed that I’ve skipped a wedding, but rest assured…it’s coming. I’m saving it for just a little bit longer!
After being completely flooded out of a wedding the week before, I was a bit on edge how this day would turn out…especially because it was 100% an outdoor wedding. No outdoor this and indoor that. No. The skies darkened throughout the day, but we were thankfully left dry. That being said, these images in all their gloomy fashion are honestly some of my favorite! From the couple to the colors to the fantastic decor…it all came together nicely!
Katlyn and Cody’s day was great! We had a small bridal party and the wedding just felt more intimate. Honestly, I love these kind of weddings. The day was relaxed and the bride and groom quite laid back. These two also had a first look [yes, please] and there may have been undocumented tears. But that’s because Cody waited until I was out of site to maybe shed a tear or two over his gorgeous bride!! I adored the way Katlyn and Cody interacted with each other – and it was completely obvious how smitten this groom was over his stunning bride! It made my heart happy. Oh and don’t forget one of the most memorable pieces from this day…it snowed!! Yes, I did say that. Snow. In Florida. Okay, so maybe the Imperial Productions team had something to do with that…but I thought it ended up looking magical!
So, without further ado – scroll down to see more of Katlyn and Cody’s special day. Katlyn and Cody, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of this special day!!
xoxo,
Holly
