One of these days, I swear my blog will be caught up! But today, I’m coming at you with a VOW RENEWAL!! On Wedding Wednesday, nonetheless! I hold this vow renewal very close to my heart for two reasons: 1. the obvious – because it took place at Halpatter Brewing Company [my husband is the Head Brewer and Part Owner in case you didn’t know] 2. because only six months before this, Jonny and I had our very own vow renewal. It was magical – so I just believe all those having vow renewals feel the exact same way.

Nikki and Eddie decided to renew their vows after 15 years of marriage at Halpatter Brewing back in November. These two had just a quick courthouse marriage when they originally married, and if I’m right, they shared either a fudge round or moon pie for their “cake” that evening. It ended in Nikki’s face…which you can see what happened this go around with their cake below. I was so excited when Nikki asked if I would be available for this occasion, because it’s not really a big thing around here. They said their vows in front of their closest family and friends and ended the night with a great party! But her dress…was freaking incredible!! I love it so much – it’s perfect! I mean, I do have a thing for big poofy dresses though…can ya blame me though?!

Nikki and Eddie, thank you so much for inviting me to be a part of this special day! It was so fun getting to know you guys and see you re-solidify yourselves to one another!!
