I have been dying to have a wedding at the gorgeous Bella Collina after seeing others photograph there over the past few years! It’s this little slice of Tuscany in the middle of Florida. It truly is beyond beautiful! So, you can imagine my excitement when Chrissy told me she booked there for her wedding!

You may remember this sweet couple from their recent Homecoming session! If you haven’t seen it, check it out here. I loved being a part of that day and it gave me a chance to start getting to know John, since from that time, their wedding was only two weeks away! Chrissy and John’s wedding day was so intimate and special. They had just a small group of less than 30 family and very close friends. They focused on what meant the most to them that day, which was each other, and this core group of people. Intimate weddings are some of my favorite days! Chrissy and John said their “I Do’s” under a beautiful breezeway, followed by dinner and dancing in the wine cellar! You really could not have asked for a more unique venue! One of the best parts of the day was when John was about to put Chrissy’s ring on during the ceremony and he actually ended up surprising her with a whole new wedding set! She had no idea and was in complete shock! The look on her face was priceless! Thankfully, he let me in on his secret before the ceremony, so I knew to watch for it!

Chrissy and John’s day was so lovely and laid back! I just adore these two and the love that they share! Thank you so much, Chrissy and John for inviting me to be a part of this very special occasion! It was truly a pleasure!!
