I think today is the perfect day to share this beautiful engagement session! Meet Sarah and Paul! These two sweethearts and I met up in St. Augustine right before Thanksgiving for their engagement session. We ended up having one beautiful day!

Sarah and Paul chose to hold their session in St. Augustine for a few reasons: they love the city and it reflects their style much better than other places, they are getting married in this special town in May and it was also the place of their first date. Sarah actually reached out to me before their session about taking a few in front of the pizza shop, Al’s Pizza, where they went on their first date. I mean if you ask me, I think getting to know each other over a slice of pizza is where it’s at. But then again, I think a lot of problems can be solved with pizza. Anyone with me?! We walked through Downtown St. Augustine for the first part of our session, finding little quiet places that we could getaway to. This time of year that town is packed out with tourists, so I like to go off the beaten path! After exploring what we could Downtown, we loaded up and made our way to the beach. I’m telling you, I normally like the beach during this time of year because there’s not many visitors, but this particular night I felt like there was actually a lot of people. No lie, we saw people swimming…in November. I’m convinced they are not Floridians, haha! I have not been to St. Augustine beach in probably about a year, but it has changed! Where the pier is there are now these huge rocks! It was an added bonus for sure! I love rocky beaches, they’re the best!!
