This couple right here, is just the sweetest! You may remember Katie and Jeremy from their sweet cornfield session earlier this summer, which you can see here. I was excited going into this day because Katie was pretty much the most excited bride. She would randomly text me throughout the process and she even sent me pictures of her in her wedding dress! So by the time her wedding day arrived, I already felt even more involved than I usually do!

Katie and Jeremy married at Rustic Oaks Ranch in October. This is a new-to-me venue, so I was excited for the opportunity to scoot outside of town a little for this day. Katie is just a little ball of fiery energy and her smile is quite infectious! This sweet couple opted for a first look and it was perfect! I adore first looks because you’re sometimes able to draw out emotions that wouldn’t be there if they were in front of a crowd. There were lots of smiles shared and a few tears. It really was a great moment! Katie and Jeremy were surrounded by their friends and family throughout the day and exchanged vows in front of this charming little chapel that Rustic Oaks built. It’s super cute for sure!! I will have to say though, Katie’s Grandpa stole the show during the recessional. He stopped at every row and gave out hugs and handshakes to the other family|guests! It was a charming moment. Right after the ceremony, the sun decided to show up and bless us just in time for our portraits!! The other unique thing during this wedding was Katie’s wedding dress. It actually was two pieces! So for the reception, she undid the bottom tulle portion and rocked a short dress the rest of the evening!

Katie and Jeremy, your day was so beautiful and perfect! I can see the love between you two and it’s been an absolute joy to witness! Thank you so much for inviting me to share in this special time in your lives!!
