Today I’m coming at ya with one of my favorite surprise proposals!! Honestly, is there anything better than not only being proposed to, but having it documented?! I don’t think so…so that being said, make sure to book your favorite photographer for this very special moment!

When I say this session with Casey and Jennifer is one of my favorites, I mean, it is hands down one of my favorites. I worked secretly with Casey for a few weeks before the session about getting things setup. It was a bit tough since these two not only work together, but are pretty much never apart! But, we made a plan on what to do and as far as Jennifer knew, this was just a regular couples session. So, needless to say, there’s was no stalking around for me on this one, haha!

We began their shoot, just as I would with any other session – walking around, chatting and doing a little shooting. However, once we made our way down to the river, I had Jennifer tell Casey what she loved most about her, and then when it was Casey’s turn to do the same, she dropped down to her knee and asked her love to marry her!

These two, GAH!!! I just cannot with them. They are sweet and genuine and their love is freaking undeniable. I’m just going to go ahead and say that their time in front of my lens was absolutely perfect!!

Casey and Jennifer, thank you so much for inviting me into your lives to capture this incredible time! It was such a pleasure getting to know y’all!!
